Brief Job Description:
•Provide day to day PA Support to the Finance Operations Manager including diary management, travel, meeting organisation and all other associated duties. 
•The ability to take notes at meetings, and produce agendas, minutes and follow up actions is therefore essential for this role.
•Provide administration support to all staff working in all areas of the Program Operations Finance Department as required.
•This role will require a candidate who is flexible to work on different projects in a demanding environment as determined by the needs of the business.
•The ideal candidate would be someone who is not afraid to undertake new tasks, is open to change and demands to be kept busy.
•We are seeking an experienced Administrator with strong organisational skills.
Essential Experience:
•Able to cope with and prioritise multiple tasks
•Good organisational skills, knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and similar computer tools.
•Good communicator who seeks to properly understand what is required and is capable of responding succinctly.
•Strong interpersonal skills and prepared to take a proactive position and interface with staff at all levels within and outside the department.
•Must have ‘can do' attitude and are used to working within a ‘tight dead line' environment.
Desirable Experience:
•Experience of communicating with internal and external suppliers/customers.
•Good understanding and ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerpPoint

Brief Job Description:
•To manage the impact analysis of Change from Functions to determine the impact in terms of cost, schedule and technical in order for the Change Board to make the correct dispositioning decisions and determine points of embodiment
•Coordinates Change records for management control and provide accurate Configuration status accounting
•Manage the flow of Change from creation through to approval and implementation.  This to include coordination of the Change Board meeting, Configuration input to that meeting and administrative support.  (Agenda/Minutes)
•Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.  This may include the creation of Project specific Configuration management Plans
•Support the Configuration Management team in the development and delivery of a common and consistent CM process across the Business
•To prepare for and support Physical and Functional Configuration audits and CM process audits
•Provision of data management support to Projects

Essential Experience:
•Able to demonstrate experience of the Configuration management process from 'cradle to grave' as defined by UK Standard DEF-STAN 05-57
Desirable Experience:
•Understanding of Manufacturing and design processes within an Aerospace/defence environment
•Experience of using PLM tools to support design release and Change management
•Experience and use of SAP as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
•Data Management experience (delivery/receipt and recording)
•Understanding of Software specific CM processes including Software CM tools, release and archive

A Stores Team Leader is required to lead the team and drive improvement initiatives within the Stores Area.
•The successful candidate will be required to interact with all aspects of the business and in particular
•Directly supervise and support on a day to day basis the work of the Stores Team.
•To plan and organise the work schedule and to react to changing priorities to maximise the availability of the raw materials and kits as determined by the MRP system.
•To be responsible for the motivation, development, training, appraisal etc of the members of their team.
•To optimise the flexible use of staff ensuring full consideration is given to staff availability, operational requirements and control of storage of materials.
•To ensure all operations under their control are fully compliant with the Quality System.
•To identify, drive and deliver Warehouse Improvements, liaising with the Improvements Manager.
•To make a substantial practical contribution to the overall output of the team.
Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate will:
•Have proven experience in a similar role within a &quot;world class&quot; environment.
•Have an in depth understanding and practical experience of Warehouse Management and MRP (preferably SAP)
•Be a self-motivating team player, willing to commit to attaining demanding targets.
•Have been involved and conversant with Lean Materials Control principles, JIT, KanBan and 6S.
•Able to work accurately, paying attention to detail.
Desirable Experience:
•Background in Defence / Aerospace / Automotive Stores function
•Have a good working level knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel etc).

A Programme Manager is required to take responsibility for a number of projects involving the Company manufacturing facility.  The candidate will lead a team of project managers and be responsible for the delivery of the projects to agreed time, quality and cost requirements.  

The successful candidate will be expected to have a broad engineering capability gained in a manufacturing environment together with a sound understanding of project management principles demonstrated by a successful track record in small to medium sized projects.  

A good understanding of risk and risk evaluation processes is also required together with an awareness of commercial and financial management.

The Programme Manager will also be responsible for leading the preparation of bids and proposals for follow-on work in the area and provide support to Business Development in the pursuit of new opportunities. 

 In this role he/she will:
•Participate in the development of bid strategies.
•Develop and negotiate teaming and sub-contract arrangements where necessary.
•Coordinate the preparation of the proposal documentation.
•Coordinate the preparation of estimates and the development of the pricing/commercial offer.
•Lead the presentation to Executive bid reviews.

The candidate should hold a formal qualification in Project Management and/or be willing to undertake internal accreditation for which relevant experience and formal assessment may be required.

Essential Experience:
•Demonstrated programme management skills to successfully execute firm fixed price contracts to technical specification on schedule and cost.
•Qualified to degree or equivalent in a technical subject.
•Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Competent in the use of MS-Office applications and MS Project

Desirable Experience:
•Formal Project Management accreditation.
